基于声强的转炉氧枪枪位控制专家系统

摘    要:针对转炉吹炼过程氧枪枪位控制,利用炉口噪声强度与炉内炉渣厚度之间的关系,建立氧枪枪位专家系统,以实现在氧枪操作时,防止喷溅及返干现象的发生,从而优化氧枪吹炼过程。仿真分析表明,该系统可平稳操作氧枪,抑制喷溅及返干效果较好,为转炉吹炼过程氧枪控制提供了一个有效的方法。

Abstract:Aimed at lance height control in converter blowing process based on relation between mouth noise sound strength and slag-thickness in converter,an expert system for lance height control was set up to avoid splash and drying and optimize lance blowing process.Simulation shows that the system can stably control lance and prevent from splash and drying,so it is an effective method to control lance in blowing process.
