基于精细化管理模式的电网运行方式

电网运行方式的分析是电力系统安全的保障。电力市场和节能发电中电网的运行方式与传统的均衡发电模式相比发生了较大变化，后者的电网运行方式筛选过于简单，难以保障电网安全校核的全面性。文中将聚类分析与图论方法相结合，提取了表征电力系统运行状态的特征变量。据此，采用聚类分析方法细化了电网运行方式，生成了各电网运行方式下的安全约束集，提出了电网运行方式精细化管理方法，并通过算例验证了该方法的实用性和优越性。

Power Grid Operation Mode Based on Elaborating Management

Analysis of power grid operation mode is essential for power system security.Due to the effects of electricity market and energy-conservation power generation dispatching,the power flow mode will change a lot comparing with the equal-usage power generation mode.The latter method for power grid operation modes is too simple to ensure the comprehensiveness of security assessment.A new classification method is proposed.The characteristic variables are extracted by combining cluster analysis and graph theory,and then used to establish the security constraint sets of each class.The proposed new power grid operation mode elaborative management method is presented and its effectiveness is verified by a practical example.
