垃圾焚烧炉用矾土均质料-碳化硅质抗飞灰附着浇注料的研究

摘    要:为了提高垃圾焚烧炉用耐火材料的抗飞灰附着性能,以矾土均质料、Si C、Al2O3微粉、纯铝酸钙水泥、硅灰等制备矾土均质料-碳化硅质浇注料,研究了SiC含量(质量分数分别为15%、30%、45%、60%)对其性能的影响。结果表明:1)随着SiC含量的增加,体积密度和耐压强度略有下降,抗折强度变化不大,高温抗折强度和抗热震性提高;2)随着SiC含量的增加,矾土均质料-碳化硅质浇注料抵抗飞灰附着的性能显著提高,添加量≥45%(w)为宜。

Abstract:In order to improve the fly ash adhesion resistance of refractories for waste incinerators,the bauxite homogenized grogs-silicon carbide castables were prepared using bauxite homogenized gorgs,Si C,Al2 O3 micropowder,pure calcium aluminate cement,and silica fume as starting materials.Effect of Si C content(15%,30%,45%and 60%,by mass)on the properties of the castables was studied.The results show that:(1)with the increase of Si C content,the bulk density and the compressive strength decrease slightly,the modulus of rupture changes a little,the hot modulus of rupture and the thermal shock resistance increase;(2)with the Si C content increasing,the fly ash adhesion resistance of the castables increases significantly,and the appropriate Si C addition is≥45%.
