锂电池正极材料烧成用匣钵材料性能的研究

摘    要:以莫来石(3~1、≤1 mm)、堇青石(3~1、≤1 mm)、镁铝尖晶石(3~1、≤1 mm)、高岭土(≤0.088 mm)、广西白泥(≤0.088 mm)、滑石(≤0.088 mm)和α-Al 2O3(≤0.088 mm)为主要原料,糊精为结合剂,在实验室制备了用于锂电池正极材料烧成用的匣钵材料。采用相关国家标准及SEM对试样进行性能检测和结构表征。结果表明:匣钵材料的损毁主要为熔渣的溶蚀和渗透损毁,锂电池正极材料与匣钵材料中的莫来石和堇青石组分发生反应生成低熔点的LiAlO2相,同时渗透到试样组织结构中的Li 2O和CoO反应生成LiCoO2,产生体积膨胀导致损毁;以堇青石(3~1 mm)和莫来石(≤1 mm)为骨料的试样具有最佳的物理性能和较优的抗锂电池正极材料侵蚀的性能。

Abstract:Lithium battery cathode materials sintering saggers were prepared using mullite(3-1,≤1 mm),cordierite(3-1,≤1 mm),magnesium aluminate spinel(3-1,≤1 mm),kaolin(≤0.088 mm),Guangxi white clay(≤0.088 mm),talc(≤0.088 mm)andα-Al 2O3(≤0.088 mm)as the main raw materials,and dextrin as the binding agent.The properties of the samples were tested according to the relevant Chinese standards and the structural characterization was carried out with SEM.The results show that the damage of the saggers is mainly caused by the corrosion and penetration of the molten slag.The lithium battery cathode material reacts with the mullite and cordierite in the sagger to form a low melting point LiAlO2 phase.Meanwhile Li2O and CoO penetrated into the sagger react to form LiCoO2,which causes volume expansion and damage.The sample prepared with cordierite(3-1 mm)and mullite(≤1 mm)as aggregates has the best physical properties and good resistance to lithium battery cathode material corrosion.
