芳纶纤维砂浆的抗折强度与抗塑性收缩开裂

摘    要:研究了掺芳纶纤维水泥砂浆抗折强度与抗塑性收缩开裂性能.结果表明:随着芳纶纤维掺量增加,其水泥砂浆抗折强度、抗塑性收缩开裂性能均有所提高,掺量为1.5%(体积分数)时,抗折强度提高了26.49%,塑性收缩裂缝可减少到24.95%.另外,探讨了芳纶纤维增强水泥砂浆的作用机理.

Abstract:The flexural strength and plastic shrinkage cracking resistance of aramid fiber cement mortar were studied.The test results show that with the increasing volume content of aramid fiber,the flexural strength and the effect of plastic shrinkage cracking resistance can be strengthened.When the fiber volume content is 1.5%,the flexural strength can be increased to 26.49% and the plastic shrinkage crack can be reduced to 24.95%.The mechanism of aramid fibers in improving mortar's mechanical performances is discu...
