摘    要:在分析乳胶涂料中VOC主要来源的基础上,从乳液合成和助剂选择两方面阐述了消除VOC的途径.详细探讨了利用核壳乳液聚合、引入功能性单体和软硬乳液混拼等思路来解决乳液的高玻璃化温度(Tg)和最低成膜温度(MFT)之间的矛盾,并简单介绍了零VOC乳胶涂料中极低VOC含量的检测方法和标准.

Abstract:On the base of analyzing the major source of VOC in latex coatings, the ways that are used to eliminate VOC are introduced in two sides of preparing emulsions and selecting additives. The techniques, such as polymerizing core-shell emulsion, adding functional monomers and blending soft-hard latex coatings, which are used to solve the inconsistent relations between the high glass translation temperature (T_g) and the low minimum film forming temperature (MFT) of emulsions are discussed in detail, moreover, the standards used in zero-VOC latex coatings for testing super low VOC content are introduced simply.
