费用效益模型在公路养护经济决策中的应用研究

通过探索现今中国社会经济发展趋势和预测中国公路发展规律,提出现有公路的路面养护工作是亟待解决的问题.本文结合经济理论中的费用效益模型,以天津市几年来对公路养护所投入的资金和收益数据为例,利用经济评价指标对路面养护投资做定量的分析,对公路养护投入的时间、资金大小和实际效果做出评价,力求为未来的路面养护资金投入提供有力的理论依据.
