纳米TiO2/HPMC-PMMA-PBMA复合粒子的制备及表征

摘    要:先用非离子型高聚物羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)和阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对纳米TiO2进行表面处理,得到表面吸附有HPMC-SDS的纳米TiO2粒子,然后在其上接枝了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙稀酸丁酯(BMA)。通过正交实验,得出了吸附和接枝的最佳条件。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和红外光谱仪(FTIR)对复合粒子的性质进行了表征,利用热重分析仪对复合粒子的耐热性能进行了研究。

Abstract:First the surface of titanium dioxide (TiO_2) nanoparticles was treated with a nonionic polymer hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) and an anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulphate (SDS). HPMC and SDS were adsorbed onto the surface of TiO_2 nanoparticles, and then methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl methacrylate (BMA) were grafted on the surface. Using orthogonal design method the optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The properties of the composite particles were characterized by TEM and FT IR. In addition, the thermal properties of the composite material were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
