摘    要:利用在炼焦煤中添加特殊物质石灰石、毒重石和CaCl2后所炼制的焦炭,研究了在不同温度、不同时间条件下焦炭向铁水渗硫的特性和机理。结果表明,在实验条件下,加入毒重石和CaCl2的焦炭能降低焦炭向铁水渗硫率,减少进入铁水中的硫含量;而加入石灰石的焦炭中硫进入铁水中含量较多。同时,研究表明:焦炭中硫的存在形态及其稳定性是影响焦炭向铁水渗硫作用效果的主要因素。研究结果对炼焦中高硫煤的使用有一定的参考意义。

Abstract: different time and temperature conditions action characteristic and mechanism of sulfuring from coke to hot metal were investigated by the coke from the coking coal added with lime stone, witherite and CaCl2. The experimental result shows that sulfuring rate from coke to hot metal reduces with witherite and CaCl2 addition in coke making, but the sulfuring rate increased with lime stone. In addition, existing form and stability of sulfur in coke are the main factors influencing sulfuring efficiency. The conclusions are great helpful for the use of high sulfur content coal in coke making.
