| 摘 要： | 通过分析环缝焊接对控制系统的基本要求,研制了一套以单片机为控制核心的环缝自动焊机,并且深入探讨了单片机系统应用于焊接场合需要解决的抗干扰问题.针对控制系统中存在的各种干扰,区分性质和干扰源产生的主要通道,从硬件和软件两方面采取相应措施,有效抑制了焊接现场的干扰因素,取得了良好的控制效果.
