| 摘 要： | 本文确定了2-氨基-4-甲基苯并噻唑的高效液相色谱分析方法。给出了该方法线性回归方程,线性相关系数为0.9999,线性范围0.25～2.5μg,该方法的变异系数0.0071%,样品检测限为0.25 ng,回收率99.92%。方法快速、准确。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analysis method of 2-amino-4-methylbenzothiazole was determined by HPLC.The linear regression equation of the method was given,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the linear range was from 0.25μg to 2.5 μg,variation coefficient was 0.0071%,the determination limit was 0.25ng and the recovery rate was 99.92%. The method was rapid and accurate. |
