摘    要:以百万千瓦级核反应堆压力容器( RPV)大型筒体锻件用16MND5钢为研究对象,通过对其化学成分、非金属夹杂物、晶粒度及组织的有效控制,获得了优异的冲击性能.采用冲击吸收功法和脆性断面率法,并结合断口形貌观察最终确定其韧脆转变温度低于-26℃.

Abstract:The excellent impact property of 16MND5 forgings for nuclear reactor pressure vessel was obtained by effective control of chemical composition,nonmetallic inclusion,grain size and structure.The ductile-to-brittle transition temperature is confirmed as below-26℃,according to impact absorbing energy,percentage of brittle fracture and fracture appearance.
