摘    要:针对目前石油钻杆摩擦焊接头塑韧性差、生产效率低等问题,根据石油钻杆摩擦焊接过程的特点和形变热处理原理,提出了石油钻杆形变热处理摩擦焊工艺,实现了摩擦焊接过程和形变热处理过程的统一.通过改装基于自主研发的摩擦焊机主轴系统,设计研制了形变热处理装置、控制系统以及回火系统,开发了具有形变热处理功能的混合型摩擦焊机.基于PLC...
