摘    要:以丹东爱阳镇凤煤煤矿未经焙烧的煤矸石为研究对象,采用XRF,XRD,SEM,TG,TPO-MS等分析方法深入研究煤矸石的性质,并考察了球磨机自转公转转数,机械力化学活化时间,浸出用碱量,有无助磨剂等试验条件对硅浸出率的影响.结果表明:采用XQM2-2L型球磨机活化样品时,自转公转转数对硅浸出率有显著影响;延长机械力化学...

Abstract:The coal gangue was characterized by XRF,XRD,SEM,TG,TPO-MS methods.Effects of activation conditions on the extraction percent of Si,such as rotation rate,mechanochemistry activation time,alkali quantity,with or without grinding aids were examined by XQM2-2L planetary activator.The results indicate that the extraction percent of Si could be increased with the increasing of activation time or the quantity of KOH,or activation with grinding aids.
