| 摘 要： | 随着地勘单位企业化改革的不断深入,传统的人事管理已不能适应地质工作的快速发展和对人才的要求,亟需进行人力资源改革,通过分析地勘单位人事管理的现状,得出进行人力资源改革的必要性,进而提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | With the constant enterprise reform in geological exploration organizations,traditional personnel management can not adapt to the rapid development and demand of talents in geological work,it is urgent for human resources reform.By analyzing the present personnel management situation in geological exploration organizations,it is concluded that it is of necessity for the reform of the human resource,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. |
