| 摘 要： | 通过数值模拟技术,采用较为可靠的前处理数据及边界条件,研究了铸件冒口在不使用保温材料和使用保温材料时不同的收缩情况,并且定量地分析了保温材料能够在多大程度上改善传统模数法所设计的工艺冒口.所得到的数据结果可对生产实际起到指导和参考作用.

| Abstract: | Numerical simulation technique with reliable data of preprocess and boundary conditions was used to study the shrinkage of riser with or without heat insulating material,also study heat insulating material with method of quantitative analysis how to improve process riser designed by modular method in the some extent.The data result can offer some guides and references to actual production. |
