摘    要:采用材料分析方法对一次成形的N80-1外加厚油管加厚端进行硬度、显微组织观测,室温拉伸、夏比冲击试验及断口SEM扫描检测.通过对比管体母材与加厚端材料的性能,验证了采用一次成形工艺可以生产符合API Spec 5CT标准要求的N80-1外加厚油管,同时,提出了外加厚油管一次成形后应对加厚端进行高温回火热处理的建议.

Abstract:The properties of the one pass-formed upset end of the N80-1 externally-upset tubing are analyzed by means of such methods as hardness test,microstructure test,ambient temperature tensile test,charpy impact test and SEM notch scanning,etc. The properties of the base material of the pipe body and those of the material of the upset tube end are compared,and with the comparison result it is verified that the one pass-formation process is capable of producing the N80-1 externally-upset tubing as conforming to t...
