| 摘 要： | 指出了铸造铝合金国家标准金属型抗拉试样在实际生产过程中存在的问题。介绍了一种新的实用标准金属型抗拉试样。采用这种金属型生产出来试样,合格率从50%提高到90%,而且力学性能超过国标要求。

| Abstract: | In the first place,it is pointed out defects of national standard metal molding tension test specimen for casting aluminum alloy in this paper. Secondly,it is introduced that a new applied standard metal mold tension test specimen is designed. The qualified rate of the tension test specimens that is produced by this permanent mold rises from 50% to 90%,and their machanical properties exceed national standard. |
