摘    要:为确定黄秋葵花中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,应用响应面法优化黄秋葵花中总黄酮的提取条件。结果表明:微波功率、提取时间和料液比对黄酮提取率影响极显著;最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70.3%(v/v)、微波功率263W、提取时间275s、料液比1∶30.2(g/m L),在此条件下,黄秋葵花中总黄酮的得率为3.937%。

Abstract:To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from flowers of Abelmoschus esculentus(L.)Moench,response surface methodology was applied on the basis of single factor tests. The results showed that microwave power,extraction time and liquid-to-material ratio had extremely significant effect on the extraction yield of flavonoids. Results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 70.3%(v/v),microwave power 263 W,extraction time 275 s and solid/liquid ratio 1∶30.2(g/m L). Under the optimized conditions,the exaction yield of total flavonoids from flowers of Abelmoschus esculentus(L.) Moench was 3.937%.
