| 摘 要： | 采用耐碱性分散紫HFRL和分散艳蓝2BLN,及其碱性染色助剂HK-2008,在弱碱性条件下对涤棉针织物进行氧漂和涤组分染色-浴一步法加工.染色后的涤棉针织物强力损失低,失重率小,色光鲜艳纯正,手感柔软滑爽.与传统氧漂涤组分染色两浴浸染工艺相比,新工艺缩短了加工流程,减少了化学品用量,降低了染色成本.

| Abstract: | One-bath and one-step process of cotton peroxide bleaching and polyester dyeing was carried out on polyester/cot-ton knits with Disperse Violet HFRL and Brilliant Blue 2BLN,as well as alkaline dyeing auxiliary HK-2008. The dyed fabric fea-tured lower strength and weight loss, brilliant shade and soft handle. Compared with traditional two-bath process, the new process shortened the production cycles, and reduced chemical consumption and dyeing cost. |
