R20电池铁壳小片分片机构的设计

摘    要:设计了一种整理收集R20电池铁壳小片的分片机构。分片机构利用重力及导片槽上部分边缘的支撑力,使铁壳小片沿导片槽下滑,实现分离。使用分片机构可减轻劳动强度、提高工作效率,生产20 000片铁壳小片的平均耗时较使用前减少约8%。

Abstract:A separating device for collecting iron shell small pieces of R20 battery was designed.The separating device made the iron shell small pieces slide down along the groove guides by the gravity and the support force of the groove guide's upper edge,resulting in the separation.By using the separating device,the labour intensity was reduced and the working efficiency was increased,the average elapsed time reduced about 8% compared with the operation without the separating device when producing 20 000 iron shell...
