尿素装置废水回用技术的工艺及设计要点

摘    要:简要介绍目前国内已采用的具有代表性的尿素废水回用工艺技术,对工艺技术的特点及各自的技术优势进行比较;着重对尿素解吸—水解—解吸技术进行工艺分析,阐述设计中关键流程的工艺控制指标。

Abstract:The domestically-adopted representative process technologies for re-use of waste water from urea plant is briefly introduced and the features of the process technology and respective technical superiority compared;a process analysis of urea desorption-hydrolysis-desorption technology is focused on and process con- trol index for the critical flows in design described.
