摘    要:以柠檬酸、戊二醛为原料,制备了一种无甲醛防皱整理剂柠檬酸—戊二醛,并将其应用于纯棉织物的防皱整理。对柠檬酸—戊二醛用量、次磷酸钠用量以及焙烘温度和焙烘时间等因素对整理效果的影响进行了分析。结果表明,防皱整理的最佳处方和工艺条件为:整理剂用量8%,次磷酸钠用量为4%,焙烘温度为160℃,焙烘时间为120 s。整理后织物的折皱回复角显著提高,白度、断裂强力及耐洗性能较好。

Abstract:Finishing agent of citric acid-glutaraldehyde that is free of formaldehyde was prepared and applied to cotton fabric for anti-crease finishing.The influence of citric acid-glutaraldehyde dosage,sodium hypophosphite dosage,curing temperature and time were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions for anti-crease finishing were as follows: citric acid-glutaraldehyde dosage was 8%;sodium hypophosphite dosage was 4%;curing temperature was 160℃;and curing time was 120s.The crease recovery angle of finished cotton fabric was significantly improved with good performance in whiteness,breaking strength and washing endurance.
