| 摘 要： | 在轨服务飞行器(Orbital Service Vehicle,OSV)在执行服务任务时,可以采取多种方案和策略接近服务目标.为得到优化可行的机动策略,可以运用适当的指标体系和评估算法对各方案进行统一比较和选优.根据效能评估的相关理论,提出了基于改进的层次分析法的OSV机动策略评估方法,并用具体算例验证了该方法的可行性和可信性.该方法经过适当的细化可以推广应用于其它航天任务的决策过程中.
