感应炉钢水深脱磷实验研究

摘    要:通过选择合适的熔渣,在感应炉中进行钢水深脱磷,将钢液中的磷质量分数降低至10×10-6左右。通过热力学计算,得到了本次实验磷在渣铁间的分配比,并对实际脱磷量和理论脱磷量进行了比较。通过动力学计算,得出了一组实验中磷在钢液中的传质系数,表明了感应炉中良好的动力学条件。

Abstract:The final phosphorous content in the liquid steel is reduced to about 10ppm by deeply dephosphorzing the liquid steel in an induction furnace using the appropriately selected slag and the proportional of the phosphor in between the iron and slag determined in the experiment and the actual dephosphorization quantity compared with the theoretical dephosphorization quantity.By kinetic calculation a set of mass transfer coefficients of phosphor in the liquid steel obtained.Results show that the kinetic conditions in the induction furnace are favorable.
