水电厂建立状态检修制度的探索

本文根据我国目前水电厂检修制度的现状和发展、改革的方向，从技术、管理两个角度探索水电厂建立状态检修制度的有关问题，着眼于实施的必要性和可行性，形成了具体的思路并探索其方法和措施，提出了一些探索的结论和建议。

Investigation of Establishing the Conditional Overhauling System in Hydropower Plants

According to the status quo and the development of the overhauling system in hydropower plants as well as the orientation of the system's evaluation,problems in establishing conditional overhauling system in the plants are investigated in respect of technology and administration in the present work. The requirements and the possibility for setting up the system are emphasized.The basic principles and the possible methods for the system are presented,which results in some conclusions and suggestions for the establishment and further development of the system.
