摘    要:基于当前上海地铁基坑开挖过程中引起两栋砖混建筑变形破坏的现场实测数据,总结了基坑开挖引起建筑物破坏的一些规律.采用材料力学中深梁模型的变形曲线,与破坏准则相结合对建筑物在差异沉降下破坏的机理进行了分析,理论分析与实测结果吻合较好.针对目前研究中应用深梁模型时弯曲变形曲线形式的假定进行了探讨,从理论和实测结果两方面说明圆弧假定是不合理的,同时也说明曲线形式的假定对破坏判断结果影响非常大.

Abstract:Based on the in-situ data of building damage due to excavation during Shanghai subway construction, some rules were summarized. Building damage due to diferential settlement was evaluated using the deep-beam method together with a damage criterion. The results match well with the actual damage observations. It was verified that assuming the bending deformation curve as an arc is not reasonable for the deepbeam method. And it was suggested as well that assuming of the deformation curve could quite affect the damage evaluation result.
