摘    要:采用水热法制备Zn2SnO4纳米粉体。采用X-射线衍射和扫描电镜观察样品的相组成和微观结构。结果表明:合成条件诸如矿化剂浓度、水热合成温度和保温时间,对粉体的相组成有显著影响。Zn2SnO4纳米粉体的最佳合成条件为:NaOH=2.5 mol/L,水热合成温度230℃、保温72h。

Abstract:Zn2SnO4 powders were synthesized by a hydrothermal method. The phase compositions and microstructure were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicate that the hydrothermal conditions,such as alkaline concentration,synthesize temperature and reaction times,have an important influence on the phase constituents.The optimum conditions for synthesizing ultrafine Zn2SnO4 powders were: NaOH=2.5mol/L,reaction at 230℃ for 72h.
