摘    要:粤泷发电有限责任公司2台N135-13.24/535/535型汽轮机,机组大修停运后汽轮机投入盘车运行,在盘车过程中出现转子偏心异常增大,转子偏心增大会造成动静磨擦,甚至造成大轴弯曲。针对本厂机组出现的停机后转子偏心问题进行分析,并采取防范措施,确保停机后汽轮机转子的安全。

Abstract:Two sets of N135 - 13.24/535/535 steam turbine of Yuelong Generating Corporation occurred rotor eccentricity abnormal increasing during turning after units shutdown, and the eccentricity increasing induces friction between rotor and stator, even the main axis bending. The paper makes analysis on the problem and proposes preventive measures in order to ensure the safety of the steam turbine rotor after shutdown.
