| 摘 要： | 本文从熊彼特的理论出发,阐释了创新和技术创新的含义,分析了我国中小企业进行技术创新的意义及存在的主要问题,并提出了我国中小企业技术创新的应对策略,认为我国的中小企业首先要有自己的创新发展思路,积极吸引人才,尤其是高级科研技术人才,注意拓宽技术创新的渠道,充分发挥和挖掘现有的各种资源,同时,政府及相关部门要加大外部支持的力度。

| Abstract: | The essay explains the connotations of two concepts innovation and technical innovation, analyzes the significance of technical innovation and points out the main existing problems in medium and small enterprises in China. In the essay, the author puts forward some strategies of technical innovation for Chinese medium and small enter-pries. |
