摘    要:对洛阳石油化工总厂炼油厂同轴式反应器待生立管及套筒损坏原因进行分析,认为待生套筒气封结构不合理是造成损坏的主要原因.对待生立管及套筒进行了纠偏处理,对气封结构进行了局部改造,改造是成功的,同时也提出了进一步改进的建议.

Abstract:Destruction causes of vertical tube and casing for spent catalyst in coaxial reactor were analyzed.It is considered that unreasonable seal structure of the casing is the main cause of destruction.Both vertical tube and casing were corrected and successful revamping for sealing structure achieved.
