摘    要:利用数值模拟软件ANSYS-CFX对带钢连续退火炉不同冷却气体的流速、不同喷嘴的倾角、间距及个数情况下冷却气体的流场和传热特性进行模拟,模型建立和网格的划分采用ICEM-CFD,以常温下空气为工作介质,计算结果表明喷嘴的最佳结构为入射角30°,间距为6 mm.同时为使试样宽度方向的冷却均匀,采用间距为130 mm的两对喷嘴,由于上喷流的形成,采用两对喷嘴的换热系数分布更均匀.计算结果为喷嘴的设计提供理论指导.

Abstract:The CFD numerical simulation software ANSYS-CFX was used to study velocity,obliquity,space and quantity of the nozzle of the strip steel continuum anneal furnace.The ICEM-CFD software is used to set up the model and mesh.The employed medium is air at room temperature.The simulation results show that the optimum structure of nozzle is:the angle of incidence is 30,the space is 6 mm.And to assure cooling uniformly along the width of the sample,two sets of nozzles spaced 130 mm are used.Due to the formation of airward cascade,the coefficient of heat transfer will be more uniform with two sets of nozzle.The simulation results can supply theory instruction of the design of nozzle.
