超超临界锅炉主汽压力与其影响因素的微分分析

摘    要:根据能量守恒定律、阀门压损公式以及弗留格尔公式,通过严密的数学推导,得到了稳定工况下超超临界锅炉主蒸汽压力与其影响因素的微分关系式。该关系式全面的反映了影响主蒸汽压力变化的各种因素,由该关系式可以得到各影响因素对主蒸汽压力变化影响的相对敏感度。针对无调阀的1 000 MW机组进行了实例计算,比较了各因素对主蒸汽压力变化的影响,得到了稳定工况时各因素对主蒸汽压力变化影响的规律。所得结论可为超超临界锅炉在稳定工况下的运行控制及相关研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:According to the law of energy balance equation,valves' pressure loss formula and Friuli Siegel formula,a differential relationship for the superheated steam pressure and its influencing factors of supercritical boiler was derived.This relationship reflects various factors which impact the change of superheated steam pressure completely.According to the relationship can get the relative sensitivity of these influencing factors which impact the change of superheated steam pressure.This paper makes an example calculation for the 1 000 MW supercritical boiler which has no valves,then compares the various factors' impact on the change of superheated steam pressure and gets the law of each factor how to influence the superheated steam.The conclusions can provide a theoretical basis for the run of supercritical boilers and its related research.
