活性/可控聚合方法合成生物医用高分子材料研究进展

摘    要:综述了活性/可控聚合方法(活性自由基聚合、活性阴离子聚合、活性阳离子聚合以及活性配位聚合)制备生物医用高分子材料的研究进展,制备的医用高分子材料可用于非病毒转基因载体、药物控释载体、纳米材料、人工肺膜材料等方面。展望了生物医用高分子材料的发展趋势。

Abstract:This paper reviews the preparation of biomedical polymer materials via living / controlled polymerization,including living free radical polymerization,living anionic polymerization,living cationic polymerization,and living coordination polymerization. They are used as non-viral gene delivery system,nanocarrier,medical carrier,artificial lung membrane,and so on. The trend of biomedical polymer materials in the future is also prospected.
