激光位移传感器测量工件曲率方法研究

摘    要:工件曲率的非接触测量已经有很多种方法,本文提出了采用激光位移传感器测量工件曲率半径的新方法。对于测量的数据采用直接最小二乘拟合,从而可以解算出工件的曲率。经过模拟计算,采用改变步进电机步长的方法,在测量大工件半径时,精度达到微米量级。

Abstract:There are many ways to measure workpiece curvature using non-contact method. In this paper, we use laser displacement sensor to measure the curvature of workpiece innovative. The data for the measurement can use direct least square fitting to solve the curvature of the workpiece. Through simulation, using variable step length of stepping motor in measurement of large workpiece radius, the accuracy can reach micrometers.
