| 摘 要： | 采用PXS 5数字型离子酸度计 ,50 1型氨气敏电极 ,在pH >12时 ,直接测定平衡电位值 .对所测数据进行线性回归 ,利用回归方程计算人发中总氮含量 .结果表明此法快速、简便 ,其准确度和精确度都较为理想 .其回收率为 95.0 %～ 10 5.0 % .

| Abstract: | PXS 5 Expandable Ion Analyzer and 501 Ammonia gas sensing Electrode were used to determinate the equlibrium electric potential directly while pH was above 13.The total nitrogen content of hair was calculated with linear regression equation.The results showed that the method was quick,simple and convenient.Its accuracy and precision was ideal.The recovery was 95.0%～105.0%. |
