摘    要:概述了以氮化硅、赛隆和氧氮化硅作为结合相的SiC材料的结构特点、理化性能、生产工艺和应用情况。介绍了国内外这三种材料的研究现状。并对今后氮化物结合SiC材料的研究内容提出了自己的观点。

Abstract:This article has outlined by the silicon nitride, Sialon and the oxynitriding silicon took the union SiC material the unique feature, the physics and chemistry performance, the production craft and the application situation, intorduced the present domestic and foreign situation d these three material research, and propose own viewpoint on unifying the SiC material to the next nitride research.
