摘    要:在环己醇、环己酮经硝酸氧化生产己二酸的过程中,产生富含N2O的废气。文章通过对N2O催化分解减排工艺过程的分析,结合清洁发展机制(CDM)规则要求和装置的工艺特点,在设计中采用了变频调速控制技术,优化换热流程和发生低压蒸气等节能措施,在N2O减排率达到95%的基础上,实现了年节电12.2×104kW.h和热能回收率88%,进而提高了项目活动减排量。并依据CDM项目方法学及其参数的计算方法,设置了支持方法学的实时监测系统和数据采集系统,满足了减排量的核算要求。装置运行结果表明,作为CDM项目,实现了环境效益和经济效益的双赢。

Abstract:Rich N2O off-gas is emitted from adipic acid plant with cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone oxidated by nitric acid process.The process of N2O abatement was analyzed,combined with the requirement of Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) and technical characteristics of N2O abatement plant.And some energy saving measures were adopted such as the technology of frequency conversion speed drive,the optimization of heat exchanger network and the production of low pressure steam,which can save the electric power of 12.2×104 kW·h/a and obtain the heat recovery rate of 88% based on 95% conversion rate of N2O abatement,so that,emission abatement quantity of the project was increased.The system of the monitoring on time and data collection was set according to the methodology of CDM project and parameter calculation,which can satisfy the adjust accounts requirement of abatement quantity.The results show the project can bring about economic profits and environmental benefits.
