表面活性剂对甘油三乙酯酸性水解的影响

摘    要:采用酸碱滴定法测定了甘油三乙酯酸性水解的总速率常数k。试验发现,当加入各种类型常用的表面活性剂时,随着表面活性剂浓度变化,k值变化很小。这表明,甘油三酯的水解与单酯存在着较大的差别。一般表面活性剂对单酯水解有明显影响的静电作用与增溶效应这两大规律并不适于甘油三酯水解。这对于甘油三酯振荡反应的设计具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Total rate constants k of acidity hydrolysis of glycerol triacetate were determined by acid alkali titration.When various kinds of surfactant were added,it was found that the change of k was very small as the concentration of surfactant change.That means there are no effects for surfactant on the triglyceride hydrolysis and different from monoeater hydrolysis which can be changed obviously by static action and solubilization of surfactant.The conclusion is very important for the design of triglyceride oscillating reaction.
