微波辅助提取红景天苷

摘    要:以红景天粉为原料 ,以水为溶剂研究微波提取红景天苷的最佳工艺参数 ,通过单因素试验 ,分别考察了固液比、浸泡时间、微波功率、微波处理时间、搅拌时间、提取级数等因素对提取率的影响 ,探讨了微波提取的机理。得出的最佳工艺条件为 :固液比为 1∶2 0 ,浸泡时间为 1 5h ,微波功率为低 ,微波处理时间为 60s,搅拌时间为 1 5min ,提取级数为二级。在此条件下红景天苷的提取率为 90 %。

Abstract:The optimized technological parameters for extracting Salidroside from Rhodiola with microwave irradiation and water as solvent were studied. The key factors, including the ratio of solid to liquid, soak time, microwave power, microwave irradiation time, stirring extraction period and stages of extraction, were studied for the extraction yield. The mechanism of extraction of microwave was discussed. The optimized technological process conditions were the ratio of solid to liquid as 1:20, soaking for 1.5h, selection of low grade microwave power, irradiation by microwave for 60s, stirring extraction period 15 min and applying 2 stages of extraction. The optimal extraction yield of salidroside from rhodiola was 90%.
