清洁压裂液在低渗油藏压裂改造中的应用

压裂是低渗油藏增产的主要措施，压裂液性能的好坏是影响施工后增产效果的一个重妥因素。目前在中原油田低渗油藏压裂改造中应用的压裂液主要为胍胶水基压裂液，返排率低、污染油层严重，每年有四分之一井需进行压后处理，解除地层污染，不仅增加了作业成本，同时也严重影响增产效果。清洁压裂液不合任何聚合物，它不需要破胶剂、破乳剂、防腐剂等化学药剂，彻底解决了胍胶压裂液对地层的污染问题。本文介绍了清洁压裂液在中原油田采油三厂卫城油田的应用及效果，现场应用证明该压裂液体系在低渗油藏压裂改造中具有广阔的应用前景。

Application of Clear Fracturing Fluid in Low-Permeability Reservoi

Hydrafrac is a main method to get incremental production for the Low-Permeability Reservoir. The property of fracturing fluid is an important factor to influence the stimulatioh effectiveness . At Present , the guar gum water are mainly used in Zhongyuan oil field . This system contains polymer and contaminates pay zones . The clear fracturing fluid is free of polymer , and it does not need gel breaker , demulsifier , corrosion inhibitor and so on . It has not contamination to the aimed zones as the guar gum water-base fracturing fluids does . This article presents its application and effectiveness in Weicheng Low-Permeability Reservoir of the No. 3 Recovery Plant , Zhongyan oil field . The field application indicates the clear fracturing fluid has a wide prospects to the hydrafrac method in the Low-Permeability Reservoir .
