循环流化床锅炉受热面的磨损分析及预防措施

摘    要:针对某煤矸石热电厂循环流化床锅炉炉主要燃用低热值 ,高灰份劣质燃煤 ,而使其受热面的磨损成为了制约锅炉长周期稳定运行的关键因素的问题。通过分析锅炉受热面磨损的部位及特点 ,提出了针对性防磨措施。

Abstract:Owing to the fact that low-heat and thick-ash coal has been the dominant burning fuel in circulating fluidized bed boilor of the gagngue heat-power, the abrasion of the heating-side is the key problem that bothers the long and steady circulation span of the boiler. This paper analyzes position and cause of the abrasion and conclusively, and a protective measure is issued.
