摘    要:2004年,大钢特殊钢冶炼厂对AOD炉改造后,受自身条件限制,AOD炉容比减小,造成新炉壳前期钢水喷溅严重,导致大量的金属和合金的损失.因此,通过工艺改进减少冶炼过程喷溅对降低生产成本具有重要意义.

Abstract:After the alteration of 45 t AOD in 2004 at TISCO,the ratio of furnace volume to steel weight of the 45 t AOD was reduced,bring on the steel splashing,leading the loss of metal and alloy,so with the process optimization decreasing steel splashing is very important,that can reduce the cost and achieve remarkable economical benefits.
