| 摘 要： | 介绍了作为PC钢棒原材料的30MnSi盘条的轧制工艺过程,分析了轧制过程对产品质量的影响因素；重点阐述了加热工序、轧制工序、精整工序的质量控制要点,并针对易发问题制定了相应的应对措施,为该产品质量的提高提供了有效连径.

| Abstract: | Rolling technological process of 30MnSi wire rod as the material of PC steel was introduced.The influencing factor and preventive measures of rolling process impact on the quality of products were analyzed,emphasis is the quality control points of heating process,rolling process,and sizing operation.Countermeasures were made to the cross-bred problem,which provides the effective way for the improving of the product quality. |
