| 摘 要： | 介绍了太钢7.63 m焦炉煤调湿的工艺流程。煤调湿工艺是一种炼焦用煤的预处理技术,即通过炼焦煤在焦炉外的来自干熄焦余热锅炉的蒸气干燥来降低并稳定装炉煤的水分。装炉煤水分的降低能够提高焦炉生产能力、减少结焦所需热量消耗、提高焦炭质量、保证焦炉连续稳定操作,具有较大的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | It introduces the process of coal moisture control(CMC) for 7.63 m coke oven in coke plant at TISCO.The process of CMC is an important pretreatment technique of the coking coal.It can cut down moisture content of the coking coal and maintain it at a stable level by using the steam which is made in the exhaust-heat boiler system workshop for CDQ.This technology can not only improve the production capacity of coke oven and the quality of coke,but also save energy and make the coke oven is stably.A good econom... |
