壳聚糖/羟丙基甲基纤维素包装薄膜的结构与性能

摘    要:用壳聚糖(CS)和羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)溶液共混,制得可降解包装薄膜。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和原子力显微镜对共混膜进行结构表征,分析二者共混后的相容性。通过力学性能测试分析拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的变化。结果表明:共混膜中HPMC的体积分数为40%时共混膜的拉伸强度基本不变,断裂伸长率比纯CS膜提高了约3倍;共混膜中HPMC体积分数≥40%时,HPMC对CS膜起到了增韧的效果。

Abstract:Chitosan/hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(CS/HPMC)degradable packaging membranes are prepared by co-solution method.The structure properties of the membranes are characterized by IR,XRD,AFM,and varieties of the compatibility between CS and HPMC are analyzed.The changes of their tension strength and breaking elongation are developed by Mechanics Performance Testing.The results show that the CS/HPMC membrane with 40% HPMC content is the most ideal,whose breaking elongation increased by above 3 times,whose tensi...
