模糊评价在自动化系统生存能力评估中的应用

摘    要:生存能力是指挥自动化系统的一个重要指标。建立评价生存能力的指标体系和评价模型,是研究提高系统生存能力的重要问题。基于加权平均方法,对传统的AHP方法进行改进,采用三标度法构造判断矩阵,避免了九标度法构造判断矩阵时权重选择的模糊性,减少了评价者的主观影响,提高了准确性,具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract:Surviving capability is an important index of C~3I system. To establish the index system and evalua-(ting) model are the important problem of improving the surviving capability of C~3I system. Based on the weighted mean method, this paper improved the traditional AHP method and established the judgment matrix with three mark degree method. So it can avoid the fuzzy property of weighted index of judgment matrix, which is established with nine mark degree method. And it can reduce the subjective influence of evaluator and raise the accuracy. The method has certain realistic meaning.
