| 摘 要： | 城市土地是城市人口和社会经济活动的载体。随着城市规模的扩大，城市用地逐步扩展，但无序的城市外延扩展将会导致大量的城市问题，科学合理的城市用地是城市健康发展的重要基础。本文分析了福州市中心城区土地的利用结构和强度，探讨其城市土地利用现状及存在的问题，并提出土地利用功能布局调整与土地利用优化的对策与建议。
