我国木薯乙醇发酵工业节能降耗的问题和出路

摘    要:分析了我国木薯乙醇发酵工业节能降耗存在的问题,提出节能降耗的主要思路,从木薯原料、酶制剂、工艺等方面提出节能降耗的措施。根据酒精生产需要培育能源木薯品种;通过定向分子改造,构建高耐受性、产耐高酒度的酶制剂;采用浓醪发酵、闪蒸等先进节能技术,提高节能效果。采用多方面结合,更好地提高节能效果,实现我国木薯乙醇产业节能减排的宏伟目标。

Abstract:The existing problems in energy-saving in ethanol production by cassava fermentation in China were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were put forward from the apsects including cassava,zymin and techniques etc.as follows: cultivation of energy cassava species,construction of high alcohol tolerance zymin by directed molecular modification,advanced energy-saving techniques such as thick mash fermentation and flash steaming adopted.The practice of the above measures could achieve satisfactory energy-sav...
