| 摘 要： | 研究大规格工程轮胎胎圈疤质量缺陷,提出解决措施。通过在缺材料处填充相应尺寸的三角胶条,合理设置排气线、排气孔及严格生产工艺等措施,轮胎圈口表面质量提高,胎圈疤缺陷明显减少,有效提高产品市场竞争力。

| Abstract: | the study of OTR tire bead scar defects, solving measures are put forward. Through lack of CaiLiaoChu fill in the corresponding size of the triangle strip, setting up reasonable vent line, vent, and strict production process, measures such as tyre ring surface quality improving, bead scar defects decreased significantly, improve the product market competition. |
